1. The contest, “My Ice Plate” runs from August 15, 2026 to September 11, 2026 

2. The Promo is open to all residents of the Philippines aged 18 and above. 

3. Those who are not allowed to join:  Employees of LG Electronics Philippines, Inc., its advertising agencies, suppliers, dealers, dealer employees, dealer promoters, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

4. How to Join: 

• Step 1: Post an original photo of an ice-inspired drink, dessert, or food creation based on the weekly theme on your Facebook or Instagram account
• The weekly themes will run based on the period listed below:
  • Aug. 15– Aug. 21: Morning Routine
  • Aug. 22 – Aug. 28 : Workout Refresh
  • Aug. 29 – Sept 4: Shared Moment
  • Sept 5 – Sept. 11: Night Chill
• Step 2: Include the hashtags: #LifesGood #MyIcePlate #IceSolution #MyIceMoment 
• Step 3: Join the LG “The K-Sama Club” Facebook Group using the same name used to post the contest entry
• Step 4: Submit your entry through lgpromoregistration.ph along with the ff. details:
  1. Full name
  2. Gender
  3. Birthdate
  4. Mobile Number
  5. Email
  6. Complete Address
  7. Link of Social Media Post
  8. Screenshot of the post
  9. Proof of membership of the K-Sama Club 

5. The deadline for submission of entries is September 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Only entries submitted on or before the deadline shall be deemed valid.

6. One (1) winner will be selected from each weekly theme and will receive: One (1) LG NeoChef™ Microwave Oven with Grill.

7. One (1) participant who successfully completes all four (4) weekly themes shall be selected to receive: One (1) LG 12.7 cu. ft. InstaView™ Bottom Freezer Refrigerator.

8. Submission of entries does not guarantee winning. Winners shall be determined solely based on the stated judging criteria and the decision of LG Electronics Philippines, Inc., which shall be final with the concurrence of DTI.

10. The submitted photo entry must be original and taken during the chosen weekly theme and must not have been previously used for any other contest, promotion, or commercial purpose.

11. Only participants who complete all required steps within the promo period shall be eligible for the LG My Ice Plate contest. 

12. Judging of entries  for the weekly theme, consolation prize and major prize winners will be conducted through online marketing platform, Microsoft Teams on September 15, 9:00AM. 

13. Prizes will be awarded to the winning entries as follows:

14. Winners shall be notified through registered mail, e-mail, phone call, and SMS by LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Winners must provide complete and accurate address details and present valid identification documents for verification purposes.

15. LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Is found to be copied, plagiarized, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the contest; or 
• Fails to comply with any provision of these mechanics.

16. By joining the promo, participants represent and warrant that:

• a. Originality of Entry. The submitted photo, caption, narrative, testimonial, and all related materials are the participant's original work and do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, or proprietary right of any person or entity.
• b. Ownership and Authority. The participant owns the submitted content or has obtained all necessary permissions and consents from the owners of any materials, locations, brands, or individuals appearing in the submission.
• c. Truthfulness of Submission. All statements, testimonials, stories, and representations contained in the submission are true and based on the participant's actual experience.
• d. License and Rights Grant. The participant grants LG Electronics Philippines, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and authorized representatives a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, distribute, and otherwise exploit the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed for advertising, marketing, promotional, public relations, retail, and other legitimate business purposes without further notice or compensation, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• e. Name and Likeness Release. The participant authorizes LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. to use the participant's name, likeness, image, voice, photograph, video appearance, and other identifying information in connection with the contest and related promotional activities without additional compensation, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• f. Indemnity. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LG Electronics Philippines, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, agencies, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from any breach of these representations, warranties, or contest obligations.

17. By participating, participants grant LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute submitted content for marketing, promotional, advertising, and related business purposes across all media platforms, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

 18. LG Electronics Philippines, Inc. shall shoulder the 20% final tax on prizes exceeding Php 10,000, as well as all registration, administrative, and logistics expenses related to the contest.
