Mechanics:

1. The promo period is November 5 to December 20, 2025

2. The registration period is until December 20, 2025

3. The promo is offered to all customers who will sing in our LG xboom Karaoke Booth. 

4. No purchase is required to join. However, customers may earn additional raffle entries with LG XBoom purchases:

• Additional 3 entries for CL88, CL98, XL9T, & CK99
• Additional 2 entries for RNC5, RNC7, RNC9, XL5T, XL7T, CK43N, CL65, STAGE301
• Additional 1 entry for BOUNCE, GRAB, XG2TBK

5. To get one raffle entry, you will need to: 

• Sing a minimum of 1 minute of the song of your choice.
• Take a video of yourself while singing in our LG xboom Karaoke area in any of our participating branches
• Post the video on your social media (FB, TikTok, X-Twitter, and IG only) with hashtag #LGxboomSingandWin and  #LifesGood
• Tag LG’s Official Social Media Pages (Facebook: LG Philippines | Instagram & TikTok: lgphilippines)
• Screenshot your posted video and copy the link (URL)
• Register your details, upload the screenshot of the social media posting, then input the link of the video in the LG Promosite. Make sure the post is set to public.
• For the additional entry, upload the proof of purchase to the promo site.

6. To register, go to lgpromoregistraton.ph site or scan the QR code provided: 

• Fill out all required information: Complete Name, Gender, Birthdate, Mobile Number, Email, Complete Address and product category
• Input the link & upload the screenshot of your social media posting with the required hashtag
• Upon submission, wait for the verification and confirmation of your raffle entry
• Failure to attach proof of social media posting (for those customers without purchase) will result in an invalid entry
• Failure to attach proof of purchase (for those customers with purchase) will result in an invalid additional entry

7. There will be 10 raffle prizes. Winners will be drawn via an electronic raffle on December 22, via zoom with a DTI representative.

9. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash to ensure that it is utilized as intended and to prevent potential circumvention of the approved mechanics. 

10. Employees of LG Electronics Philippines, Inc., its participating stores, promoters, advertising agency, promo partners, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the raffle.

11. Names of the winners will be posted on the official LG Electronics Philippines Social Media Accounts (Facebook: LG Philippines | Instagram: @lgphilippines).

12. Tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000 will be shouldered by LG Electronics Philippines, Inc.

13. The prize will be picked up by the customer on the branch where they sang on the LG xboom Karaoke Booth.

14. If, despite all reasonable efforts (including phone calls, text messages, and registered mail), the customer fails to confirm acknowledge, the prize shall be forfeited sixty (60) days after the notification attempts in favor of LG Electronics Philippines Inc., with prior approval from DTI.

15. Winners will be notified through their registered e-mail and contact number to explain the process of claiming the prize by a representative from LG Electronics Philippines, Inc.

16. Customers can only submit their entries once regardless of multiple songs or visits unless with purchase units that will entail additional entry.

17. A customer can only win once.
